What each one means, and what happens after you order
  • Your logo or picture (optional)PNG with a clear background works best. JPG, SVG, WebP and GIF work too. Use the biggest file you have. Only have a PDF, AI or EPS? Send it through the quote form. No logo? Just type your words or pick a template.
  • Shirt color and print sizePick the shirt color, then drag your design to size. A full front is usually 10 to 12 inches wide and a left chest logo about 3.5 to 4 inches. The biggest print is 16 x 20 inches.
  • How many of each sizeCount each size (youth and adult). Ordering for a team or staff? Use our size collection sheet to gather sizes first.
  • Names and numbers (teams)At checkout, open "Add details" and type the list in Notes, with each name next to its size and number.
  • Your needed-by datePrinted items are ready 7–10 business days after you approve and pay the deposit, or 5 with rush (+25%). Embroidery takes 10–15 and starts at 6 pieces.
  • Pickup or shippingPickup in Paramus is free. Shipping is $9.99 for up to 12 pieces, $14.99 up to 48, and $24.99 above that.
What happens after you order
  1. You get a confirmation email right away.
  2. We email a secure payment link from Crossroads Custom Company LLC for the 50% deposit (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer), or you pay cash at pickup. Nothing is charged until you pay.
  3. We make it. Printed items take 7–10 business days, embroidery 10–15.
  4. We text or email when it is ready: contactless pickup at our front door in Paramus (Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat, 11–3), or we ship it.

    Quick answers

    Is there a minimum?

    No minimum on printed shirts. Order one or two hundred; prices drop at 6, 12, 24 and 48 pieces. Embroidered hats and polos start at 6 pieces.

    How much are custom t-shirts?

    A full-color Gildan heavy cotton tee is about $24 for one and about $16.00 each at 48+. Hoodies start around $33.00 each in bulk. Orders under 6 pieces add a $12 small-batch fee. Embroidered trucker caps are about $24 each at 24. Your exact price updates as you build.

    Where can I put my design?

    Anywhere inside the dashed area: full front, left chest, upper back, sleeves. Drag it, resize it, and the inches you see are what we print. Sleeve prints add $3 per shirt.

    How fast?

    Printed shirts: 7–10 business days after your deposit, or 5 business days with rush (+25%). Embroidery: 10–15 business days.

    Pickup or shipping?

    Free contactless pickup in Paramus, NJ, or flat-rate shipping anywhere in the US. Serving Bergen County, North Jersey and beyond.

    What files work best?

    PNG with a transparent background or SVG is ideal. JPGs work too; tick "make white background see-through" and we handle the rest. No file? Use a template, text and shapes.

    Yard signs and banners have their own designer at Design a sign. Vinyl lettering and decals are at Design vinyl. For anything unusual, send a quick request and you'll get a proof and price by email, usually the same day.
