Information we collect

• Shipping or pickup details: your mailing or shipping address and pickup time.
• Uploaded artwork: logos, images, text and design files you upload or send us, and the designs you create in our online designers.
• Order details: products, sizes, colors, quantities, prices, notes, requested dates and order history.
• Messages: calls, texts and emails you send us, and your text message consent choice.
• Payment information is entered on Square's secure pages. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

• To make and fulfill your order, including printing, production and quality checks.
• To arrange contactless pickup or shipping.
• To send invoices, receipts, proofs and order updates.

• Square: invoices, payments and customer records.
• Google Workspace and Google Drive: email, order records and storing your artwork files.
• Printful: printing and shipping ready-made merch from our shop.
• Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx): delivering orders that are shipped.
• Quo: our business phone line for calls and text messages.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive text messages, or text us first, we use your mobile number to send order updates and customer care replies for the "Crossroads Custom Co. order updates" program, as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

How long we keep information

We keep order records and invoices for as long as needed for your order, customer service, and tax and accounting record-keeping requirements. Artwork files are kept so we can reprint your order, and we will delete them on request unless we need them for an open order. You can ask us to delete your text message consent record and contact details at any time, except where we must keep records by law.

How we protect information

We use reputable providers with secure, password-protected accounts and limit access to the owners and staff who need it to fill your order.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you texts or emails, by contacting us below. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
