Each pack is for 12 people, in mixed sizes, with your logo embroidered on the garment and the same logo on the cuff of a matching Sportsman SP12 beanie. Logo digitizing is included.

Each person gets the garment and a beanie. Add a gift box and tissue for $3.50 per set, or take free folding and gift bagging. Sizes above XL cost more. One offer per order, and packs do not take credits or other perks.

These are product photos of the actual blanks in the packs. Your logo goes on in the designer, and you approve the mockup before paying.

Which one for whom

Clients and the front office: the quarter-zip. It looks right over a collared shirt at a desk or a client meeting, and an embroidered logo on a quarter-zip reads as a nice gift, not a uniform.
Field crews, warehouse and shop staff: the hoodie. It gets worn on the job all winter.
A mix of both, or a tighter budget: the crewneck sits in between and is the lowest price of the three.

Getting the logo right for embroidery

Embroidery is priced for a left-chest logo up to 8,000 stitches and 9 thread colors, which covers most business logos. Very thin lines and small text do not stitch well at chest size, so if your logo has a tagline, consider leaving it off. Your file is turned into a stitch file (digitizing, included in these packs), and you approve a mockup first. If you are unsure, try our Start here picker.

Gift tax rules, briefly

Gifts to clients: the IRS allows a deduction of no more than $25.00 for business gifts to each person per year. Incidental costs such as packaging and mailing are generally not counted toward that $25.00 (IRS Publication 463).
Gifts to employees: holiday gifts other than cash with a low fair market value can be de minimis benefits left out of wages, and gift cards never qualify (IRS Publication 15-B).
Sales tax: clothing is exempt from New Jersey sales tax.

Embroidery takes 10 to 15 business days and cannot be rushed, so December 1 is firm. If you miss it, the printed Crew Hoodie 12-pack still makes it by Wednesday, December 9. Packs go out as pickup or one shipment to one address.

What are the corporate gift packs?

What is the last day to order for Christmas?

Embroidered gifts need to be ordered by Tuesday, December 1 for pickup before Christmas, or by Tuesday, November 24 if they have to ship. Embroidery cannot be rushed.

Are client gifts tax deductible?

The IRS limits the deduction for business gifts to $25.00 per recipient per year, and incidental costs such as packaging and mailing usually do not count toward that limit. Ask your accountant how it applies to you.

Can the gifts come boxed?

Yes. All three packs can add a gift box and tissue for $3.50 per set, and folding and gift bagging is free on 12 or more pieces.
