The staff gift packs

Each pack is for 12 people, in mixed sizes, with your logo. One offer per order, and packs do not combine with other perks or credits.

Logo digitizing is included in the Staff Gift 12 and Crew Gift 12. The Winter Crew 12 and Staff Cap 12 add a one-time $35.00 digitizing fee on your first order. The Staff Gift 12 and Crew Gift 12 can also add a gift box and tissue for $3.50 per set.

These are product photos of the actual blanks we use. Your logo is added in the designer, and you approve the mockup before paying.

Printed or embroidered?

Printed is best for full-color logos, names on the back and the lowest price per person. It is also the faster option: 7 to 10 business days, or 5 with rush.
Embroidered looks more like a gift than a uniform, and it lasts. It takes 10 to 15 business days, so the order-by date is a week earlier.

Embroidery has no rush, so December 1 is firm for the embroidered packs. If you miss it, the printed Crew Hoodie 12-pack still makes it by the December 9 date. Hanukkah dates are from Hebcal. If you need gifts shipped to remote staff instead of picked up, USPS lists December 17 for Ground Advantage and December 18 for Priority Mail delivery by December 25 (USPS), so order a few days earlier than the dates above.

Collecting sizes without spoiling the surprise

Most people know their hoodie size, but asking gives the gift away. Two ways around it: ask everyone for sizes "for new work shirts" in early November, or order a mix of M, L and XL with a few 2XL and offer swaps among the team after. Our printable size sheet has a column for names, which you need for the Crew Hoodie 12. Note that 2XL and 3XL hoodies cost more than S to XL.

A note on taxes

Clothing is exempt from New Jersey sales tax, so staff apparel gifts have no sales tax. On the payroll side, the IRS lists holiday gifts other than cash with a low fair market value as de minimis benefits that can be left out of an employee's wages, and says gift cards are never de minimis (IRS Publication 15-B). We are not accountants, so check with yours.

Pickup

What is the last day to order staff Christmas gifts?

For pickup by Wednesday, December 23: embroidered gifts by Tuesday, December 1, and printed gifts by Wednesday, December 9, or December 16 with rush. For Hanukkah, which begins December 4, order printed gifts by November 17 and embroidered gifts by November 10.

How much does a staff gift cost per person?
