What studios and gyms usually order
- Staff and coach shirts so new members can tell who works there. A performance tee or a fitted women's tee with the logo on the front and "Staff" or "Coach" on the back.
- Member and challenge shirts for a 30-day challenge, a fundraiser class or a milestone. These are the shirts people wear around town, which is the point.
- Competition and team gear for dance teams: cropped hoodies, crop tops and joggers in one color so the team looks like a team in the lobby.
- Recital shirts for the kids and the families, often in youth sizes with the show name and year on the back.
- Retail for the front desk in small batches, so you are not stuck with a box of the wrong sizes.

Prices are per piece with your design printed on one side, in any color of that style, from the live order form. Front and back is the two-sided price.

A third print location, like a sleeve, is $3.00 more a piece. There is no minimum, but prices are lower at 12, 24 and 48, and orders under 6 pieces have a small-batch fee. Youth styles come in youth XS to XL, and most adult styles run XS or S to 2XL or 3XL. The order form shows the size range and every color for each style.

Picking the fabric
- Performance polyester (the Team 365 tees and shorts) wicks sweat and dries fast. It is the one to wear for a hard class.
- Soft cotton and blends (the Bella+Canvas and Next Level tees, tanks and crop tops) are what people wear outside the gym, so they are better for member shirts and retail.
- Sponge fleece (the Bella+Canvas hoodies) is very soft and a little lighter than a classic hoodie. It is a good front-desk retail piece.
Designs are printed as full-color transfers that we press in-house, so a logo with many colors or a gradient costs the same as a one-color logo. The largest single print is 15 x 19 inches. Names, teams and packs
For competition teams, names on the back make the order. On 24 or more printed Gildan hoodies, adult or youth, the names are included along with a free sleeve or left-chest print. For a staff of 12, the Crew Hoodie 12-pack is 12 hoodies with a left-chest logo, each person's name on the back and gift bags for $449.00, or $37.42 each. When to order
Printed apparel is ready 7 to 10 business days after you approve the mockup and pay the deposit, or 5 business days with rush for 25% more. A few dates studios ask about:
- Staff gifts for Christmas: order printed apparel by Wednesday, December 9 for pickup before the holiday week. Our staff Christmas gifts page has the gift packs.
- January challenge shirts: order by Thursday, December 17 to pick them up before New Year's, so they are in hand for the first class of the year.
- Spring recitals and competitions: once your show date is set, order at least three weeks ahead. That leaves time for a mockup, late sizes and a reprint if anything is wrong.
Pickup
Pickup is contactless in Paramus, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 11am to 3pm. When your order is ready, we email you to set a pickup time, or text (201) 948-4433 with questions. US shipping is available too.
Prices as of November 2026, from our online designers. Clothing is exempt from NJ sales tax; signs and vinyl are taxed at 6.625%.

What does custom studio apparel cost?
With your logo printed on one side, at 24 pieces a performance tee is $21.50 each, a women's crop top $21.00, a cotton tank $23.50, a cropped hoodie $33.50 and joggers $30.00. Youth tees for a recital are $15.00 each at 24. Prices drop again at 48.
Do you have kids' sizes for dance classes?
Yes. The youth cotton tee, youth performance tee and youth hoodie come in youth XS to XL, so a recital or competition order can mix kids and adult sizes in the same design.
Can each dancer's name go on the back?
Yes. On 24 or more printed Gildan hoodies, adult or youth, names on the back are included. For 12, the Crew Hoodie 12-pack includes names, a left-chest logo and gift bags for $449.00, about $37.42 each.
How long does it take?
