Team Shirts for Oradell and River Dell Teams

Oradell's youth sports are run by volunteer organizations, several of them shared with River Edge under the River Dell name. Here is what team gear costs and when to order it for winter and spring.

Oradell's sports organizations

The borough lists several volunteer-based youth sports groups that serve Oradell and River Edge children year-round: Oradell Junior Basketball, Oradell Little League (T-ball, baseball and softball), River Dell Junior Cheer, the River Dell Junior Football Association, River Dell Junior Wrestling, River Dell Lacrosse and the River Dell Soccer Association (Borough of Oradell). Oradell Little League also runs kickball alongside tee ball, softball and baseball.

River Dell means two towns on one roster

Because the River Dell programs draw from both Oradell and River Edge, one team's families may live in two towns. That matters for ordering in a small way: pick one person to collect sizes, and pick pickup in Paramus, which is about 5 miles from Oradell and 4 from River Edge. Our printable size sheet has columns for names and numbers.

  • Winter. Junior basketball and wrestling. Performance tees with big numbers for basketball, hoodies with the wrestler's name for the bench.
  • Spring. Little League, softball and lacrosse. Sponsor shirts, coach shirts and end-of-season shirts with the year.
  • Fall. Football, cheer and soccer. Cheer often wants matching warm-up tees or hoodies for competitions.

Check with your league before ordering anything worn in a game.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can one River Dell order include players from both towns?

Yes. The order is per team, not per town. One person places it, and everyone picks up from the same place in Paramus.

Is there a minimum for the Team Pack?

Yes, 12 players. Smaller teams can still order through the regular designer with no minimum piece count; orders under 6 pieces add a $12.00 small-batch fee.

Can the team coordinator get a free shirt?

The organizer perk (a free matching piece on group orders of 24 or more printed pieces) is for regular orders. The Team Pack is already discounted, so it cannot be combined with other perks or credits.
