Every order from Crossroads Custom Co. is covered, from a single shirt to a full team.
If something is wrong
If something arrives wrong or defective (a misprint, a wrong size or color we sent, damage), tell us within 30 days and we’ll remake it free or refund you in full.
If you change your mind
Because every piece is made just for you, return unworn items within 14 days and choose one of these:
- A free redo with your tweaks (one per order, up to 24 pieces)
- 100% store credit
- A 50% refund
Signs, banners, magnets, oversize vinyl and shop merch are made by our partners, so a change of mind on those gets 100% store credit or a 50% refund instead of a redo.
Mockups and quality
We’ll always email a mockup to approve when you ask for one, and we never cut corners on quality.
