Per piece on one order or PO. Sizes can be mixed and quantities count across styles, so 60 tees and 40 hoodies price at the 100 tier.

500+ pieces: 250+ pricing plus free delivery to one NJ address (crewneck front and back $28.50, hoodie front and back $33.50 at 500+). Names or numbers on the back +$6.00 a piece, both +$9.00. Sizes 2XL and up and oversize prints carry the same upcharges as the online designer. Tier pricing is the offer and does not combine with codes, referral credit or packs.
Volume pricing, embroidered
One logo up to 6,000 stitches, quantities counted across garment types on one PO for the same logo. Digitizing is free at 24 and up.

Adds per piece: dense logo (6,001 to 12,000 stitches) +$3.00; second embroidered location +$8.00 at 48 to 71, +$7.00 at 72 and up; names (one or two lines up to 1 in) +$12.50. Larger logos are quoted.
Signs and banners: quantity pricing is built into the sign designer.
How public-entity ordering works
- Send a purchase order to crossroadscustomco@gmail.com. We accept POs from verified NJ public school districts, county and municipal agencies and public colleges, payable net 30 from the invoice date.
- W-9 and NJ Business Registration Certificate on request.
- We quote under your quote threshold and also respond to formal bids.
- Tax-exempt orders: send your ST-5 exempt organization certificate with the PO.
- Boosters, PTOs, leagues, private schools and businesses prepay securely online before production. Net 30 is only for verified government and public school POs.

Fundraiser and team web stores
A free online spirit-wear or fundraiser store for your team, school or PTO. Families order and pay online, each item is made to order and shipped to their home, and your group earns a set amount on every item. No inventory, no order forms, no cash handling.

Plus $9.99 flat home shipping. 2XL +$2, 3XL +$4. Made to order, ships in 5 to 8 business days. Your group’s earnings are paid monthly on shipped, non-refunded items. Store prices are fixed (no promo codes or referral credit). Misprints are reprinted at no cost; since items are made to order, change-of-mind returns get store credit or a 50% refund.
Turnaround
Printed orders 10 business days (rush 5, +25%), embroidery 15, signs up to 10. Orders of 500+ printed pieces are scheduled in waves, so plan on 15 business days. See order-by dates for winter teams and holiday staff gifts.
