Short answer: we ship custom apparel, embroidery, signs, banners and vinyl to every state in the contiguous US, from California to Maine. You design and pay online, we make your order, and ground shipping usually takes about 3 business days to NJ, NY, PA and CT and about 5 business days everywhere else. Apparel shipping starts at $7.99 in NJ and the Northeast and $10.99 in the rest of the country, and your exact shipping shows at checkout before you pay.
How ordering from anywhere works
You don't need to visit Paramus. Teams, schools, businesses and nonprofits anywhere in the country order the same way:
- Design online. Pick a product in the apparel designer, the sign builder or the vinyl builder, add your art or text, and the price updates as you build.
- Check your mockup. You see your design on the product before you pay. For anything the designers can't do, request a quote and we email you a mockup to approve.
- Pay at checkout. Pay securely by card at checkout. Shipping and any tax show before you pay.
- We make it and ship it. Every order is made to order, then shipped to your door.

Apparel shipping rates
Apparel shipping is priced by region and by how many pieces are in the box. These are the rates at checkout today:

The Northeast rate covers NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, MD, DC, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, VA, WV and OH. A mixed box ships at the rate for its heaviest item type with every piece counted. Very large orders, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories, are quoted.
Signs, banners and vinyl
Signs and vinyl are made to order and shipped to your door, or free pickup in Paramus. Sign shipping is $20.99 for one sign in NJ and the Northeast and $21.99 elsewhere in the contiguous US. Banners ship rolled in a tube. Cut vinyl ships within 1 business day for $6.95, or expedited for $27.99 (2 to 3 business days in transit).
How long it takes, start to finish
Total time is production time plus ground transit. Transit is about 3 business days to NJ, NY, PA and CT and about 5 business days to the rest of the contiguous US.

Apparel shipping is priced by region and piece count. For example, 12 printed tees ship for $9.99 to NJ and the Northeast and $17.99 to the rest of the contiguous US. Your exact shipping shows at checkout before you pay.
How long does it take to get custom shirts shipped?
Add production time and transit time. Printed apparel is ready 7 to 10 business days after you pay, then ground shipping usually takes about 3 business days to NJ, NY, PA and CT and about 5 business days to the rest of the contiguous US. Rush is available at checkout (+25%, $30.00 minimum).
Do I get a mockup if I am not local?
Yes. Every order gets a free mockup wherever you are. In the online designers you see your design on the product with the exact price before you pay, and for a custom quote we email you a link to approve the mockup.
Can I mix sizes and items on one shipment?
Yes. Mixed sizes count together, and a mixed box is priced at its heaviest item type with all pieces counted, so a box of tees and hoodies ships at the hoodie rate.
Is pickup still available?
Yes. Pickup in Paramus, NJ is free and contactless any day, Sunday through Saturday, for apparel, embroidery, signs and vinyl. When your order is ready, we text you a pickup window that works for you.
