A typical dental office order

Most dental teams split into clinical staff in scrubs and a front desk in polos. Here is how a 12-person office often orders, all with the same logo:

WhoWhatPrice each
Hygienists and assistantsWink scrub set, logo above the left pocket, name and title on the right chest$61.00 a set at 12, plus $12.50 for the name
DentistsJaanuu stretch scrub set, logo and name$99.00 (women's) or $103.50 (men's) a set at 12, plus $12.50
Front deskEmbroidered polo, logo on the left chest$32.00 at 12

Pieces with the same logo count toward the digitizing waiver at 24. The designer prices each line, and the total shows before you pay.

Choosing colors by role

A color per role helps patients tell who is who. Wink offers Black, Ceil Blue, Navy, Pewter, Royal, Teal Blue, White and Wine in a unisex fit. Jaanuu offers Black, Carbon Grey, Ceil Blue, Midnight Navy and Royal Blue, plus Burgundy in women's. You see your logo on each color in the free mockup with your logo before you pay.

Sizes for the whole team

  • Wink: 2XS to 5XL, unisex fit. 2XL and up add $3.50. The pant comes in short and tall inseams on request at the same price.
  • Jaanuu women's: XXS to 3X, with petite pant lengths XXSP to XLP.
  • Jaanuu men's: XS to 4XL. No size upcharge on Jaanuu.
  • Prefer a jogger? The Jaanuu women's Silex jogger is $52.50 at 24.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How should names and titles look on dental scrubs?

Names go on the right chest in one or two lines, up to 12 characters a line, all in one thread color for the order. Common formats are a first name on one line and the title on the second, such as Maria and RDH, or Dr. Patel and DDS.

Can hygienists and assistants wear different colors?

Yes. Each person's set can be a different color in the same style, and many offices pick one color per role. Wink comes in Black, Ceil Blue, Navy, Pewter, Royal, Teal Blue, White and Wine.

What does a 12-person dental office order cost?

12 Wink sets at 12 are $732.00, plus $12.50 a piece for names and a one-time $36.50 logo digitizing fee (waived at 24 or more pieces). Tax and shipping are shown before you pay.

Which scrubs are better for a long day chairside?

Wink is a 4.4 oz poly/cotton poplin with a chest pocket, pen slot and side vents, the value pick at $53.00 a set at 24. Jaanuu is a four-way stretch fabric with an antimicrobial finish and wrinkle resistance, from $95.00 a set at 24, and it offers petite pant lengths.

How do we add a new hire later?

Your logo and sizes stay on file. Embroidered items start at 6 pieces, so add new hires to your next order, and their tops will match the rest of the team. A Wink top with your logo is $43.00 each at 6.

Can we see it before ordering for everyone?

Yes. Free mockup with your logo: you see the logo and each person's name on your colors before you pay.

How long does it take?

15 business days from paid order with final artwork and sizes. There's no rush option on embroidery, so order ahead of an opening or a team photo.
