Who wears what in a medical office

A practice usually has three groups: providers, clinical staff and the front desk. Here is one way a 20-person office orders, all with the same logo:

Pieces with the same logo count toward the digitizing waiver at 24. The designer prices each line, and the total shows before you pay.

Wink or Jaanuu

  • Wink is a 4.4 oz 65/35 poly/cotton poplin in a unisex fit, with a V-neck, a chest pocket with a pen slot and side vents. The cargo pant has a drawstring waist and a 31 in inseam. It's the value pick for staff who go through scrubs fast.
  • Jaanuu is a four-way stretch poly/rayon/spandex with an antimicrobial finish and wrinkle resistance, cut separately for women and men. Women's pants come in a straight leg, a slim jogger ($52.50 at 24) and petite lengths.
  • Many practices put providers in Jaanuu and clinical staff in Wink. The same logo on both looks consistent across the office.

Sizes and lengths

  • Wink: 2XS to 5XL. 2XL and up add $3.50. The pant comes in short and tall inseams on request at the same price.
  • Jaanuu women's: XXS to 3X, petite pants XXSP to XLP. Jaanuu men's: XS to 4XL. No size upcharge on Jaanuu.
  • Collect sizes before you order. Mixed sizes of the same style count together toward the price break.

Plan for Nurses Week

National Nurses Week runs May 6 to 12 every year, starting with National Nurses Day on Thursday, May 6, 2027 (timeanddate.com). For embroidered scrubs shipped to your office in time, order by Monday, April 12, 2027, with artwork and sizes final and the order paid.

Ordering, paying and pickup

Send your logo with a list of names, credentials and sizes, or start in the designer. Pay securely by card at checkout before we start production. Pickup is contactless any day, Sunday through Saturday. When your order is ready, we text you a pickup window that works for you, or text (201) 948-4433 with questions. Frequently asked questions

How do names and credentials look on medical scrubs?

Names go on the right chest in one or two lines, up to 12 characters a line, all in one thread color for the order. A common format is the name on the first line and credentials on the second, such as Dr. Shah and MD, Lauren and NP-C, or Kevin and CMA.

Can nurses, medical assistants and providers wear different colors?

Yes. Each person's set can be a different color in the same style, so you can give each role its own color. Wink comes in Black, Ceil Blue, Navy, Pewter, Royal, Teal Blue, White and Wine.

What does a 20-person practice order cost?

20 Wink sets at 20 are $1,220.00, plus $12.50 a piece for names and a one-time $36.50 logo digitizing fee (waived at 24 or more pieces). Tax and shipping are shown before you pay.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, 6 pieces per embroidered item, and mixed sizes and colors of the same style count together. Pieces with the same logo also count toward the digitizing waiver.

Can we add the logo to the pants too?

Yes. The Wink pant has a left-hip logo option. Most offices keep the pant plain and put the logo only on the top.

Can we see it before ordering for everyone?

Yes. Free mockup with your logo: you see the logo and each person's name on your colors before you pay.

How long does it take?

15 business days from paid order with final artwork and sizes. There's no rush option on embroidery, so order ahead of a new location opening, a staff photo or Nurses Week.
